The working part of the spring cone crusher is two trunnions,one is fixed cone (also known as external cone),the other is moving cone (also known as intermal cone)In the section where the moving cone is close to the fixed cone,the materal is subjected to the compression,impact and bending of the moving cone and becomes a crushing cavity.Where the moving cone deviates from the fixed cone,the crushed material is discharged from the botom of the cone under the actionof gravity to become the unloading port,and the material is loaded fom the inlet.When the sping cone crusher works,the motor drives the large cone geara the bottom of the ecentrie sleeve through the hydraulic coupling and the small cone gear,so that the ecentrie sleeve rotates, causing the cone to swing and break the material.
