The hydraulic umpacking sand making machine is based on the improvement of our company's star product "River Pebble Sand Making Machine".Since the traditional sand making machine does not have a hydraulice power assisting system,it takes two or three workers to disasemble the back cover for one or two hours.The opening of the sand cover machine solves this problem.With one button open,the hydraulic cover sand machine with a capacity of 100 tons or les can open the back cover in one minute!After opening the cove,i is not only convenient to replace the hammer head,the side plate and the top plate,but also to solve the problem of blocking material quickly!

The equipment is equipped with an original German thin oil lubrication station and adopts a dual oil pump complementary oil supply system. It will automatically shut down when there is no oil flow or the oil pressure is abnormal to prevent the bearings from overheating and being damaged. The oil cooling and heating device ensures that the bearing lubrication is always in the best condition, extending the service life of the main shaft bearings to more than twice that of traditional equipment. Compared with traditional equipment of the same power, the output has increased by 30%, the consumption of vulnerable parts has decreased by 30%, and the comprehensive operating cost has dropped by 25%.
